hillary allison- finals

So all of us here at loft are going through that horrid week that falls right before the freedom of summer: finals.

I've found out more about my procrastination skills than anything that will be on any of my exams.

For instance...

1. Abusing my Starbucks trips

Normally used to acquire a Venti-sized dose of caffeine, I've found that Starbucks trips can also be used as a form of procrastination that actually leads those to assume your involvement in studying may be higher than it actually is.

I.E. "Hillary's studying so hard and late, that she needs more coffee to cram"
Sure, suckers.

2. Itunes Genius
I use this method often, seeing as to how it can keep me occupied for hours. I mean, literally, hours. Plus we can always use new jams around loft. So, really, I'm benefitting everybody.

I.E. "Hillary was so tired of studying, that she instead used genius for FOUR hours last night when I was trying to study. On the upside, my 'recently added' playlist rocks."

Thank you, thank you.

3. Dominos.com
Who knew you could watch the different stages of your order being processed? This is amazing, do it now.

(There is no real benefit to this one, but make sure you get a solid side of ranch)

4. 24 Hour Fitness
I know what you're thinking, you'd rather stay home and study than have to work out. Although a nice GPA is beneficial to... well, life. A nice body is just as important. Avoiding that 8 page study guide? Hit the treadmill, not the books.

I.E. "Hillary bombed her final over design in the 21st century, but damn her calves are bangin'!"

Pool party season is officially in session, people.

5. Camerabag

An iPhone application that lets you take better photos than you can with your standard digital camera. It features different lenses like Instant, Fisheye and Helga. My favorite being Magazine, which ages your photo and adds an imperfectly perfect shade of sepia.

I.E. I'm not sure, but I've creepily taken photos of every facet of my room.

6. Threegirlloft
I'm successfully procrastinating on a study guide (and online quiz) that I could be doing... now, instead of posting on how to procrastinate.

Well played.

Back to the books! Good luck to the world of college students who are participating in this hell week as well.
